Prior to Doma, Max was Founder and CEO of Evolv, Inc., an enterprise predictive analytics software company, which he led through their acquisition by Cornerstone (NASDAQ: CSOD) in 2014 where he served for two years on the senior executive team post-acquisition as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.

Andy has over 15 years of experience in bringing large datasets and scientific rigor to credit card lending, hyper real-time fraud detection, high-energy particle physics, and astrophysics. His research career began in the physical sciences, where he derived new results on galaxies, cosmology, and dark matter. The statistical techniques he utilized found a surprising application in financial services, where Andy, as Director of Data Science at Capital One Bank, created several transaction and application fraud models for credit cards. At Doma, Andy has led the deployment of the first title insurance model of its kind, which determines risk for title defects using proprietary algorithms inspired by his past experience in these diverse applications of statistics.

Wendy joined Doma in 2020 to develop its risk management approach, compliance program, governance and controls to support the company’s rapid expansion and path to IPO. She embraces Doma’s ambitious objectives, bringing to bear her diverse background in risk management, data driven leadership and execution, operational excellence, and focus on talent development and acquisition. Wendy currently oversees our operations, risk management, compliance, legal, and information technology functions. Previously, she served as Vice President of Risk at Mosaic, a specialty finance company. Prior to Mosaic, Wendy held various leadership roles at Navient and Sallie Mae, consumer finance companies.
Todd is responsible for leading sales, business development, product marketing, and finance, as well as overseeing new strategic business lines. Previously, he led Doma’s corporate development function, focused on mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and other corporate strategic initiatives. In prior roles as a head of corporate development at companies including TPx Communications, Verint Systems, and Neustar, Todd was responsible for leading the strategy and execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions and partnerships. Earlier in his career, Todd worked as an investment banker advising large corporate clients in technology, communications, and media sectors on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising activities.

Vikas Singhal
Read BioVikas Singhal is a Partner at Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. and the Founding Partner Partner and Chief Investment Officer of HSCM Ventures. He has primary responsibilities in the HSCM Ventures and Re/Insurance Strategies. Most recently, Vikas was a Co-Founder and Partner at Gracie Point, a specialty finance company he helped to start in 2010 which focuses on specialty lending in the life insurance industry.
Prior to Gracie Point, Vikas worked at Concord Capital Management, focused on structured finance strategies in insurance. He started his career at UBS Investment Bank in Structured Products. He is the HSCM board representative for Branch, Buckle, Corvus, Dayforward, Gracie Point, Earned, Mulberry, Renegade, TensorFlight, and Inclined.
Vikas graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

While at Bain, he founded and led a high growth start-up region and also led a tripling and global scaling of Bain’s Financial Services practice.
In 2019, Alan was ranked first by buy-side analysts and third overall (tie) for Best CEO in the midcap insurance sector and Institutional Investor’s annual survey and in both 2020 and 2021 he was ranked second overall for Best CEO.
