New websites for North American Title Insurance Co. offer improved work tools for title agents and information for customers and consumers

MIAMI – April 2, 2015 – North American Title Insurance Co. (NATIC) has migrated its websites to the Kentico Content Management System (CMS) platform, offering a wide range of technology, usability and content enhancements aimed at its title agents, current and potential customers, and consumers.
“Our ultimate goal is to make it easy for our agents to work with us in all aspects of their underwriting experience,” said Emilio Fernandez, NATIC president. “Relaunching our AgentLink web portal provides state-of-the-art technology systems to assist agents with business decisions and regulatory implementation. We now also provide educational resources and compliance tools to make sure our agents are ready for the industry’s changing landscape.”
AgentLink’s 2.8 update includes:
Major changes to the AgentLink portal ergonomics and ease of use
Upgrades to the Policy Applications interface, including a custom Agent Dashboard with insightful business metrics
ComplianceLink application, providing audit team communication and a revamped CloseWatch Program
Improvements to the NATIC QuoteLink system
UnderwriterLink searchable underwriting database using XML publishing technology
KnowledgeLink portal, containing educational webinars, CE/CLE courses and training manuals
Resources on ALTA Settlement Services Companies Best Practices and TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosure Forms
“Our agents will appreciate the ability to get quotes and submit claims with greater ease,” said Fernandez. “And the educational information and regulatory documents – including ALTA Best Practices and CFPB integrated disclosure rule forms and resources – are now housed in a user-friendly and easy-to-navigate format, completely searchable by keyword or state.
“We will add other educational offerings to AgentLink throughout 2015,” added Fernandez. “These will include instructional videos, a suite of tools for title agents’ new employees and news reports. All will focus on title agent training, business growth and compliance.”
NATIC also relaunched its namesake website, NATIC.com, featuring consumer-friendly information as well as programs such as the STAR Agent Network, aimed at current and potential customers, including lenders, commercial brokers and real estate agents. Also prominently featured are educational webinars in addition to educational information via NATIC’s enhanced “LookingNorth” monthly publication.
