MIAMI – June 25, 2021 – North American Title Insurance Co. (NATIC) has added Brendan Lewis to its Texas agency management team, where he will secure new independent title agent business and service NATIC policy-issuing agents in the Dallas market.
Lewis brings to NATIC broad industry experience spanning the title, escrow, real estate and 1031 exchange segments of the business. He began his career as a licensed associate of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Brokerage before moving on to serve as director of real estate acquisitions at a real estate development company. Lewis then focused his career on 1031 exchanges, serving first as sales and marketing associate for a national exchange services firm, and then as vice president of business development for a large, independent title insurance agency and exchange services provider. Prior to joining NATIC, Lewis served as senior director of business development at Accruit LLC, a leading, independent, managed service provider of 1031 exchanges.
A graduate of the University of North Texas, Lewis is a licensed real estate agent and notary public in Texas, as well as an approved continuing education provider for the Texas Department of Insurance and the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is a member of the Texas Land Title Association, the National Association of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors.
