These risks can often be amplified in transactions involving foreclosed properties, making title insurance even more essential. Do you have the tools and knowledge necessary to tackle these tricky transactions?

Part of our new Title Fundamentals Webinar Series, this 70-minute CE/CLE* webinar will define and discuss:

  • Common foreclosure terms and procedures, including required notices, costs, conduct of sale, presumption of validity, disposition of proceeds and transfer of title and possession
  • Federal foreclosure
  • Variances in state laws
  • Judicial foreclosure vs. non-judicial foreclosure
  • Super-priority liens
  • Foreclosure challenges post-COVID

Whether you are new to title insurance, or need a refresher course on this fundamental title topic, this webinar offers a solid foundation to tackle the challenges posed by transactions involving foreclosed properties.
